NAME: Daisy Eustice
HERO: Eurydice
MYTH: Eurydice was the wife of poet/musician Orpheus. Tragically killed by a snake bite on their wedding day, Orpheus sought Eurydice out in the Underworld and stood the chance of bringing his young bride back the land of the living. Unfortunately, in his anxiety/excitement, Orpheus broke the one rule set by Hades and turned to look back at Eurydice before they'd returned, sending her back to the Underworld forever.
AGE: 16
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Recently moved into her grandparents' one bedroom retirement condo. She sleeps on the fold out couch.
PERSONALITY: Cheerful, creative, and extremely fun-loving, Daisy is an entertaining person to be around. Her constantly active, go-go-GO! personality means there's never a dull moment for her. She considers boredom her own personal enemy and will often go to extremes to eradicate it (the belly-button piercing, tattoo, and ever-changing vibrantly colored streaks in her hair are just the physical examples of this). Her greatest love, on the otherhand, is music. Although she doesn't sing or play any instruments, Daisy enjoys dancing and knows pretty much everything there is to know about music. When she says she likes all kinds of music, she really means it. Her iPod is loaded with everything from the latest happy-go-lucky pop music, to hardcore punk rock, to emo, to Broadway soundtracks, to metal, to techno, to traditional Polish folk music, without the slightest traces of musical snobbery. She lives to go to concerts and will quite literally go to see any show with anyone. In fact, concert tickets are pretty much the quickest way into Daisy's ~~pants~~ good graces.

FAMILY HISTORY: Daisy's cheery personality doesn't exactly add up with her family history. She comes from a severely dysfunctional home life. Both parents were teenaged "white trash" and though they did honestly try to make a go of it, the relationship failed horribly once Daisy was born. Her father left to work as an on-tour roadie and only calls on special occasions (though Daisy is pretty much thrilled whenever he does). Daisy has thus far been primarily brought up by her mother though she didn't exactly do a great job of it. In fact, quite recently, Daisy's mother appeared on the reality show "Cops" and has been locked up since. Daisy has just moved to Olympia Heights this year to stay with her grandparents (her father's parents) until she turns eightteen.
